Chris graduated from Bristol University in 1990 and has a wealth of experience in dental practice. He has a particular interest in cosmetic dentistry and cosmetic orthodontics, as well as root fillings and jaw joint problems.

He is deeply committed to continuing education and has completed a Masters Degree in Endodontics (root fillings).

Chris takes referrals from other dentists for more complex treatments. He also lectures in various aspects of dentistry to colleagues and writes regularly for dental journals. In addition he acts as an Expert Witness in dental negligence and personal injury cases.

 

He is a member of the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and the British Endodontic Society.

Chris enjoys running half marathons.

Gerry graduated from Manchester University in 1987. Having run a successful practice in Manchester Gerry came to settle in Bath in 2000. Whilst in Manchester Gerry worked at the Dental Hospital as a clinical assistant in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
 

He has a particular interest in treating nervous patients. Gerry takes referrals from other dentists for dental implants and complex restorative cases. He also teaches at Bristol University and runs surgical courses for other dental professionals in the UK and abroad.
 

He is a member of the Association of Dental Implantology, British Homeopathic Society, Society for the Advancement of Anaesthesia in Dentistry and the European Association for Osseointegration.

Lucy studied dentistry at the University of Liverpool. Whilst there she was awarded the Philip G Capon prize in paediatric dentistry. She graduated in 1993, after which she spent ten years working in general practice in various locations up and down the country.

 

A keen interest in orthodontics lead to Lucy taking up a position in a specialist orthodontic Practice in Bath where she ended up staying rather longer than intended and gaining a wealth of experience.
 

Outside work, Lucy enjoys sewing, knitting and running ultra-marathons.

 

Lucy has a severe horse allergy - if you are receiving treatment from Lucy and have recently come into contact with horses, please ensure you have thoroughly washed/changed clothes before entering the surgery.

Having graduated from the University of Manchester in 2012 with a BSc in Biomedical Material Science, Bernadette knew that she had always had a passion for dentistry and so went on to study dentistry at Bristol University, graduating in 2018. 

 

Initially Bernadette completed her foundation training in the north of England before moving south, where she has been working in various areas, gaining a wide range of experience.

She enjoys General Dentistry but has a passion for improving patient smiles with Prosthodontic treatments and direct composite bonding. Bernadette is particularly keen to ensure that by working closely with the team any anxious patients are fully supported to overcome their fears throughout their dental journey.

Outside of dentistry she enjoys playing tennis, swimming and learning new languages.

Eric was born and bred in Malaysia before moving to the UK to pursue his dental studies at the University of Dundee in Scotland, graduating in 2019. Since qualifying, he has continued to expand his clinical knowledge and skills by attending numerous courses, including obtaining a Postgraduate Certificate in Aesthetic and Restorative Dentistry.

His clinical interests lie in minimally invasive dentistry, helping patients achieve a confident and functional smile. This includes treatments such as teeth whitening, additive composite bonding, and onlays — a more conservative alternative to crowns. He has also undertaken further training in orthodontics, including fixed braces and clear aligners such as Invisalign and the ClearCorrect System.

Known for his gentle and approachable manner, Eric is committed to providing high-quality care across all aspects of general dentistry, ensuring every patient feels comfortable throughout their treatment journey.

Outside of dentistry, he enjoys travelling, exploring different cultures, and staying active through playing badminton.
